Hidir Ismail

Hidir joined Device Technologies as a Senior Principal Service Engineer in 2019, bringing over six years of experience working with the da Vinci Surgical System. Starting his career in operational roles gave him a comprehensive understanding of the administrative and operational processes that are the backbone of technical services. 

Hidir has vast technical and team leadership experience, allowing him to expertly manage a team of technical engineers across Asia. He guides the team in achieving the highest level of recognition in technical services across all of our systems.
